Picked up an uncured ham and was curious if others have cooked one. If so, how and did you cure it? It really a brine so I am fine not adding all that salt, but open to all suggestions.
That’s crowd just isn’t very good. This group should have been pretty good to very good and they are as average as one can be.
I defended Wes for a while but unfortunately the defense just isn’t a tough aggressive group. Every team I watch seems to be faster and tougher than us on defense
