My son was a walk-on in the 2018 season. He was recruited out of the student body because they needed OL. He was only on the team that one season. There are two proposed settlements out there and this week they allowed former athletes to see how much each of them will receive. I would have to imagine that he is at the lowest possible end of the spectrum, although perhaps being on the team that won the CFP added value, I don't know. He is projected to receive about $2,000 from the settlement.

I have to assume that if you are a multi-year, scholarship athlete that started you are going to get a decent pay day.

Just sharing because so little is known what the impact on past players will be.

I don't see it. Baffling. I mean i know he saw the writing on the wall from FSU. But why not find a new home even with a Marshall, etc. give yourself a chance to have a good solid season and help your resume.

I feel I am pretty realistic about our chances to win this game. Not great, but I don't think the odds are zero.

1. I think we are going to have to have a lights out defensive performance. We have to bring blitz packages that we have not shown all year and put the heat on Ewers.
2. Also going to have to manufacture some semblance of a running game, via QB runs, inside tosses to Antonio Williams, RPOs, reverses, screens etc.
3. Turnover margin/luck margin needs to go our way.

Probably not going to happen, what do y'all think?
