You want get any kind of agreement to this (as far fetched as it is) from the libs on here because they know, if it did happen, what a shit show they would be in for.
That said, It would be fascinating to see the population disparity! Think we we all know deep down about what it would be.

I don't have or need a saving grace. I am simply commenting on what the political strategy for both parties is going to be. For example, for the pubs it will be:
avoid debates at all costs, avoid talking about Jan 6th at all costs, try to keep Trump from saying too many crazy things, hammer inflation and gas prices, blame anything bad that happens anywhere in the world or on other planets on Biden, try to avoid too much "Stolen election" talk, complain about supporting Ukraine while also criticizing Biden for not doing enough to support Ukraine.
Ha, we know there would be less citizens by far in the backwards kingdom of Bumfvckistan to which your side will secede.
I'm thinking it would consist of Mississippi, Alabama, the panhandle of Florida and South Georgia

Trump is not a conservative. He's socially Moderate and Fiscally Conservative. 20 years ago he would have been a Democrat. That's why Oprah and everyone else loved him! Remember he said on her show " I would probably never run because if I did, I would piss a lot of people off." She laughed and loved that comment back then. The Democrats have went so far left the average Democrat can't recognize it.
Trump was forced to run as a Republican. They forced him to sign that he would not run as an independent. So for all of those clamoring for a 3rd party, we had the guy. He was the epitome of a 3rd party guy, so much so it scared the establishment to the core, they wanted his signature that he wouldn't do so.
See, he was the only guy with enough money to become President. Nobody owns him. The Republicans and Dems are in it together and will continue to control each other so much so that they will not allow a 3rd party candidate. The only way one will arise is with enough wealth. Trump signed that he would run as a republican then after he did, they spent nearly $65 million against him. Their own guy!
Imagine spending $65 million against your own party favorite, simply because you're scared of the establishment not controlling him. I don't understand why we can't see this. The Republican Party is the the wolf in sheep's clothing. Democrats are just the excuse to be extreme. The "lighter" more "appropriate" party is the Republican party, yet half of everyone thinks they're 3rd party and wants one.
Say what you will, but Trump hated the Establishment. IMO, it's very simple when it comes to politics. Do you like the Establishment and millionaire politicians who became millionaires after they were elected? Do you like senseless wars that we foot the bill for? Or do you think they should all be exposed for who they really are? That should be the questions we should be asking ourselves.
Our Government is 3rd world country corrupt and we don't want to believe it. He was just trying to show us and we "didn't like it". I guess they're right when they say we can't handle the truth or the truth hurts.

Actually, this will probably be the pubs:
- Inflation inflation inflation
- Gas prices - direct reflection of the dems energy policies - just wait for the green new deal
- Dems wanted to pass additional multi-trillion dollar entitlement legislation - imagine how much worse inflation would be if they get their way
- The stock market is finally catching up to democrat policies.
- Housing is completely unaffordable - record prices and now mortgage rates rapidly rising
- Student loans - dems have no plan to lower education cost - they just want to take your hard-earned tax money and bail out the minority of Americans who have college degrees and student loan debt. And more government money pouring in = more inflation.
- The border - dems have no plan. They just reversed Trump policies and opened it up. Then didn't require covid tests, vaccinations or really any compliance with our laws, just flew them all over the country using your tax dollars.
- Supply shortages continue. You can't even find formula to feed your babies. The dems don't know how to run a country like a business.
- Joe is telling you the Republicans want to raise taxes. He RAN on raising taxes. He's lying to you and thinks you are too stupid to understand. This is typical of democrats and why they think the government needs to control everything.
- Afghanistan was an abject failure and left a horrible impression of American global competence.
- As a result of the Afghanistan debacle, an extremely weak president and a soft democratic congress, Russia decided to invade Ukraine. This would not have happened with strong American leadership, which the dems do not have.
Are you saying that is what the repubs will run on? Or do you actually believe everything you just wrote?

Fair enough. Here is how I would counter if I was the dems.
Inflation, gas prices, and supply chain shortages are happening all over the world, and started before the dems even took over. To blame it all on the dems is absurd.
The dems have never "defunded the police". In fact dem led cities all over the country have been increasing police funding. The spike in crimes started before the dems took over.
The border was never "opened up". In fact we have a record number of apprehensions at the border. Apprehensions at the border is a good thing. Those people are not coming, and only about 35% ask for asylum. Biden cut the asylum seeker time from four years to a few months. Republicans like to portray immigrants as a threat always. In reality they’ve always been a very beneficial economic piece for us. Especially when Americans don’t seem to wanna work. And we need immigrants to keep Social Security solvent in the economy. The pubs have even made it near impossible for legal immigrants to come.
The median home price went up 15% under Trump, and has gone up 16% under Biden. This is called capitalism. Government interference would be communism. Do you want the pubs regulating home values?
Republicans want to tax the lowest income earners. If you cannot afford housing now, you will be less likely to do it then.
Republicans have called for sunsetting of federal programs, including medicare and social security, just look at Rick Scotts plan.
Republicans are anti-free speech, and are currently out lawing and burning books.
Republicans want to take away women's right to choose an abortion, and force incest survivors to have the babies. Next they might ban contraceptives and gay marriage.
Republicans want to make it harder for people to vote.
Ukraine is still in the fight because of Joe Biden. This is after years if republicans undermining NATO, ruining our relationships with our allies, and effusively praising Putin. Biden galvanized support and was able to get the EU to quickly slap sanctions on Russia, which was unprecedented.
And finally, the republicans have been taken over by a fringe element. Just recently in Indiana they elected a murder suspect from jail.
Even if they run on this, we know what they'll actually do if they win. It'll be all about Hunter's laptop and impeaching Fauci.
