Has anyone here on TI completed the 75 Hard Challenge?
I used to be very active and in good shape but I just have far too many excuses for not going to the gym these days (work, pregnancy, cold weather, crowded gym, etc…). I want to try something mentally and physically challenging
I may start off with 25 Hard (just 25 days instead of 75) and go up in days another time around
Notes:
- Pretty good shape - former Officer so PT was pretty easy back then
- Chest and shoulders are my favorite
- Need to focus on core / abs
- Want to lose ~5 lbs (decrease body fat %)
- Always run the Peachtree Road Race but need to improve stamina and pace again
- Interested in Hyrox
- Bad about drinking water
