ACC Tie Breaker

Do I have this correct. For any teams that have the same conference record, the #1 tie breaker is record against common opponents, is correct? Since we lost to Louisville and both Miami and SMU have beat them, we would need SMU to lose 2 of their last 3 or Miami to lose one more. Is this correct?
