Just found out a a deer hunter trespassing on some land I own fell out of a stand ( apparently his stand but no idea for sure but know I do not have any stands in the area) and was not found for 6 plus hours.
I got a call saying I should prosecute for trespassing ( land is posted) to avoid him suing me and game wardens would be contacting me tomorrow morning.
No idea who the person is or if he even would consider suing me.
Would never really prosecute anyone yet don’t want to be sued for something I knew nothing about
