I did not hate the first down call. And I get it, you gotta block somebody. But you just can't give up numbers and risk going backward like that on 2nd down and then risk those 3rd and 4th down calls.
For me, there are a lot of things with those last three calls. You've got Arch sitting there.Put him in and run QB Power, QB Zone,QB Counter (risk a short loss not a big one) but run the QB so you get as many numbers as you can.
Or...you could rolll Ewers to field and run a mesh concept. At least he can see a rush coming and either run it or throw it away? Put 23 out there to protect. The risk here is WR dont' execute well and you get an OPI. So that not that clean.
The more I think about it you just put in in the biggest baddest lead blocker you have and run power four times with your 230lb QB and if you can't get in then you tip your cap but Ithink you are sleeping a lot better tonight than Sark is.
