I think he’ll get off easy and not get any jail time because the judicial system works in his favor.

Any other convict would get the book thrown at them. No remorse, no contrition, no accountability, extremely likely to reoffend, has openly violated judge’s orders over and over again.
But this convict will likely get house arrest for a short period. More interesting to see what limits they put on him in terms of travel etc and then what they do when he inevitably violates those parameters.

If this was a fair system, he would get at least 5 years of prison. They will go very easy on him knowing he will be guilty in all three other cases and spend the rest of his life in prison.
I would wager he gets no jail time and gets 6 months to a year probation

So let me get this straight... The Dems are going to put Trump in jail b/c they are in desperation mode? BUT putting Trump in jail will make him even more popular and more likely to get elected. I’ve always enjoyed the narrative that Joe Biden is simultaneously a dementia ridden invalid and also a diabolical criminal mastermind.
My personal favorite is when comedy folks go out to the Trump rallies and interview the true lunatic fringe (QAnon types). They pontificate how Trump is really still the President and the whole thing with Joe Biden is just smoke and mirrors and how crappy the country has gotten with inflation, high gas prices and all. THEN they get asked if they blame Trump for inflation and gas prices. Of course they blame Biden and not Trump. Then they get reminded that Biden isn't President and Trump is... The look on their faces is priceless!
Or even better when they get asked about January 6th and they blame BLM/Antifa. They they get asked if BLM/Antifa were really doing it and wanted Biden to be President, WHY would they interrupt the last thing standing in the way of Biden getting sworn in?
