Since only one player on each side of the ball has helmet communications and we don't huddle, will helmet communication really help against signal stealing? They will still need to signal the call to all (or most of) the other players. I can see some coaching help like "lookout for x" etc. but I don't see it is a big improvement. If a teams huddles obviously there is no need for signals but most college teams no longer huddle.
