I would love to see the program build on this year’s run. Wondering what most think the team will look like next year and if you think we can build on this year’s success.
From what’s been said, I’m guessing Chase comes back next year and likely Dillon as well. I think Clark, Hall, Leyte and Girard all have exhausted eligibility. I hope Hemenway leaves as well as I don’t think he adds much benefit. Sounds like Beadle is out the door. So I’d think the lineup will look like this:
Chase Hunter
Dillon Hunter
Chauncey Wiggins
RJ Godfrey
Ian Schieffelin
Subs:
Asa Thomas
Jake Heidbreder
Incoming Recruits:
Ace Buckner
Del Jones
Dallas Turner
That leaves three spots for transfer options. I’m of the opinion Cade Tyson is likely a Tiger. I think we really need to add an actual center. Schieffelin and Godfrey have shown promise but are a bit undersized for a true five. Hopefully we can grab someone who can give legit, consistent minutes there. Hopefully we can also grab a couple guards who can shoot well or even just one and another center option. I’d think we’d be well positioned to make another run.
