Check your email...mine was today but I didn't know it because the ticket office promised they would call me the day before since I seem to get 1 of every 10 emails they send.
Got into my window 3.5 hours late and stuck in upper deck, which may have been the case anyway.
I just wish they wouldn't promise me during my in-person visit to the ticket office one thing and do another.
On the bright side, no seats in front of me so I'll be able to see.
Seems as if an email could be sent a few days ahead of time rather than 6 hours before the window began.
