The Jordan Leggett catch in the Natty is the first to come to my mind, not only due to the circumstances but also the sheer improbability that someone could make that catch. But then again that entire drive was indeed "legendary."
How about some other ones or perhaps ones under the radar from a sheer athletic standpoint? Kind of random, but I seem to remember Brian Mance making an INT at the sideline against UVA that was quite impressive but I can't find video of it.
