Group A plays 6 games against each other and two against Group B. ND plays 4 games against Group A and 1 game against Group B per year. This would create some great TV inventory for the ACC every week. Nobody has mentioned this, but it would be very attractive to ESPN. Top two teams based off record and rankings gets in championship game.
