Rep. Kat Cammack traced the nationwide shortage of baby formula back to the Biden administration Thursday on "Hannity."
REP. CAMMACK: It points to what a total dumpster fire the Biden administration truly is. The Biden administration is responsible for this formula shortage. Back in November, their own FDA shut the number one manufacturer of baby formula down on a tip with no plan to backfill the 43% that this manufacturer is a part of the market share. So, again, typical Biden administration - no plan, no contingencies, no way to backfill 43% of our nation's supply of baby formula. Yet just today, I'm getting word from Border Patrol agents that there is a tractor trailer full of pallets of baby formula sitting in that storeroom. Come on, now. This is exactly what "America last" looks like. You've got parents panicking, kids getting sick, and the humanitarian mission at the border. The agents are doing the best job that they can, but, man, their hands are tied.

I heard tonight that they have prohibited rank and file Border Patrol agents from going into those storerooms because they're panicked that we have exposed this "America last" agenda. I doesn't matter if it is one pallet or 10,000 pallets. If our own citizens do not have availability to formula, you don't send it to criminals at the border. When you have to make a choice, you choose your won citizens, how hard should that be to understand?

I am not even sure what you are trying to say or imply with that garble. However, this is a pretty simple matter. There is not enough formula. You have to decide who gets it(bc there is not enough). I'm not saying it is a good choice to have to make, but if as the potus you have to choose between saving two people(babies in this case), you choose to save the American citizen. If you don't agree that should be the choice of the potus 100% of the time, I don't know what to tell you.

I think you're missing the point. We are sending stock to the border to ensure people that aren't supposed to be here can feed their babies but citizens of this country, here legally can't do the same. It doesn't matter if it's just a few pallets. It doesn't matter if it's planned or even accidental. This is the result of bad policy, you know that, we know that, the rest of the country knows that. They should be shipped back to their country of origin and their government should give them formula.

Meanwhile, we are giving Ukraine $40b and passing bills to give House reps free Peloton memberships and a liquor store on the House floor.......because priorities, am I right?
