Has anyone dealt with black mold in a new house?...house was built in 2018, we are the only owners. It is starting to look suspect as the house behind us(same builder) is nearly identical and they had serious plumbing issues due to negligence. Now we are spotting issues and have now spotted black mold. We've talked to a friend that is a reputable custom home builder and he says it seems to be a pattern with the builder/plumber in negligence. Any lawyers or contractors have advice? My wife has also been sick off and on since December and we really think the mold is the contributor since she sleeps close to the wall that we just found the mold to be in. Any advice is appreciated.
