hire someone else to coach? I think him in the box strictly calling plays is fine but we need someone to teach tackling and being aggressive.
I have been down bad on the defense for a long time but there are plenty of times where the players just missed the tackle or went to the wrong gap which falls on the coaching but as far as the defensive call I think they are fine.
