I know I’ve seen a few posters in the past that have been on the carnivore diet for a while. What do you guys normally eat for lunch? I don’t have time to cook anything and I have very limited options where I live. I’m not buying a shitty $30 steak for lunch everyday
Also how strict are you with seasoning? Just salt or do you use others spices. I’m thinking about cooking steaks on a skillet instead of on the grill. Then I can cook in bacon juice or butter.
