Woody, I have already said that anyone that broke the law needs to be punished commensurate with the crime.

Some average Trump supporter that happened to be in that area and was ushered into the capitol by police waving them in and proceeded to walk around and take selfies should not be doing any hard jail time. Probation and fines sounds reasonable to me especially if they have no prior record. Now if anyone went in and burnt the capitol or destroyed huge parts of it would need to face a greater punishment. That is not what we are seeing her. The FBI that has been virtually invisible on many crimes over the last 5 years all of a sudden is on a mission to find anyone that was even there and throw the book at them in any way possible. That is not right.
