China don

Bullshit on Trump's GDP and in hindsight it looks like Obama had it right with a similar GDP. Without those Trump tax cuts that we didn't need, we wouldn't have added $2 trillion to the deficit.

Here’s a look at annual U.S. GDP growth during Trump’s presidency. The 2020 estimate comes from the Federal Reserve:
  • 2017: +2.3%
  • 2018: +3%
  • 2019: +2.2%
  • 2020: -3.7%
So wait, you are trying to compare economic numbers from 2020 to prior years? Like there is no difference from what happened in 2020 to the other years? Do you think people are stupid?

Yeah... funny how that happens. Best case I can think of was good ole Growlz telling us how the CDC death rate for COVID was biased in favor of COVID by USING other CDC death rate numbers to prove his point. Good stuff.

The CDC covid data is / was garbage. End of story.

Whatever... Everyone... and I mean EVERYONE uses the CDC mortality numbers. The AMA, Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, The Lancet, NE Journal of Medicen, and every single government agency. All those experts believe those numbers. So tell us ... what are YOUR credentials that you know they are garbage? Pro tip...random twitter users are not reputable sources.

"If" the Fed moves the target you say, which makes no sense because they have been clear they are slavishly dedicated to bringing inflation down to 2%, even though that's an arbitrary number and has only been a target since about 2012. There's is no economic law that says that's the magic number but nonetheless, all their moves are based on hitting that mark.

Remember Trump's economy didn't come without a cost - a cost of 2 trillion dollars to be exact...
Joe has already rung up more debt than Trump did and covid restrictions were lifted already when he took office.

No, those experts don’t believe those numbers, and if they do they are not experts.

You know, I know, and the whole world knows the Covid data is shit. It’s really not debatable.

But this is the problem with you people. You only want to Donny trumps forth three years (years that were largely just a carryover of Obama’s success), and you give him a total pass on 2020 bc if covid (despite him being the one that called for the country to shut down for 30 days).

But all the bad things that resulted from covid and the shutdown (inflation, supply chain issues, lazy people not wanting to work), you put those 100% on Biden, despite the fact that those things are happening all over the world. You give Biden no pass at all.

Even a full fledged member of the Trump cult like yourself has to see that.

So you agree that comparing economic stats from 2018, 2019 to those of 2020 is stupid and incorrect. Thank you.

What kills me is that you state this without acknowledging that we had a global pandemic which shut down the economies of most of the world. That is what lead to massive inflation as businesses started to reopen.

Are you so blinded and stubborn with your dedication to Trump that you can't acknowledge that the US economy is rebounding much faster than expected, and much better than the rest of the world?

I am not a huge Biden fan, but I think it's fair to acknowledge that the economy is trending very positively.
The economy was going to recover no matter who was President. If you want to lick bidens balls and get him all the credit fine with me.

No, I was responding to your fake claim that Trump's GDP got as high as 4% by showing you how untrue that was. If you click on that article, it also shows Obama's GDP for his 8 years. If you remove Obama's first year when he took over the tanking Bush economy and average the 7 years after, his GDP averaged 2.2%. If you removed Trump's last year and average the other three, his GDP averaged 2.5%. So not only did Obama turn around the economy, he had roughly the same GDP as Trump, without adding $2 trillion to the debt. It's clear that Democrats just manage the economy better.

*Edit - Obama added more to the debt but that was over eight years and it included funding for two foreign wars and the stimulus package he used to recover from the tanking Bush economy. Trump did it with no foreign wars being fought, other than the small contingent of troops still left in Afghanistan.

COVID was at it's peak and so was unemployment when Joe took over so get your facts straight. All COVID restrictions were not over and many businesses chose to stay closed even when they were lifted due to safety concerns and/or staffing shortages. Once again, you lie like a dog.

Trump added $8 trillion to the debt and Joe hasn't come close to that figure.

They manage the economy better if you like record inflation and part time jobs.

Now go back and look what the Fed rates were from 2010 until 2017.........when you have interest rates at basically zero for eternity, basically everything will look rosy.

Once again, SHOW US where the experts that are publishing this data say they don't believe it. Because I don't believe you know any of these experts any more than you ARE an expert.

So please explain how you know the experts don't believe their own data. Once again...

Pro Tip #1. Random Twitter users are not a legitimate source.

Pro Tip #2. Just because YOU say something is true doesn't make it true.
