Everyone read this and do with it what you will.

"In The 1950s Everybody Used To Walk Around With A Cholesterol Level Of 350 & It Was Very Normal."
Dr. Stephanie Rimka

"Normal lab ranges were 300-350. 350 is not high."

"Cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. ZERO. Ancel Keys was a researcher & he committed scientific fraud. He lied on the papers that were used to implicate cholesterol as a cause for cardiovascular disease."

"He lied. They know he lied. We've proven there was fraud. But yet, all the Cardiologists & all the Primary Care Providers still prescribe a Statin if your level is 200."

"Doctors follow the guidelines, not because the guidelines are correct, but because if they don't' follow them, they fear malpractice with no defense in court."

"When my Grandmother was alive, the normal cholesterol was 350. Everybody used to walk around with 300, with 350 & it was very normal. They were all skinny & nobody worked out. Nobody was fat in 1950s, 60s, 70s. They were thin. 320, 350...That was NORMAL."

What's causing Cardiovascular Disease is damage to the Glycocalyx. The Glycocalyx is a gel like protective covering on vascular endothelial cells. It's this barrier that becomes damaged & cholesterol rushes to repair the inflammatory damage. Much like a firefighter rushes to put out a blaze. Demonizing cholesterol is like blaming the firefighters for the fire.

Any source of oxidative stress within our blood vessels can damage the lining of our arteries & damage the Glycocalyx.

The Glycocalyx gets damaged by:
Excess Carbs, Sugar, Starch
Seed Oils
High Insulin Levels
Diabetes
Environmental Toxins
Heavy Metals
Lifestyle Choices
Smoking

The whole story we've been fed about saturated fat causing Atherosclerosis is nothing but a fairytale. Rather than worrying about how much saturated fat we're consuming, we should be worried about the actual real causes: oxidation, pollution, seed oil consumption & blood glucose levels.

It is right about one thing inflammation is the culprit behind nearly every chronic disease out there. The problem is that most Americans aren't willing to make the changes that will decrease inflammation so providers have to do something. When there is inflammation cholesterol gets deposited and can cause atherosclerosis. So providers try to limit cholesterol.

I’m not going to agree with the “300+ cholesterol is okay” bit, but absolutely inflammation is a huge factor in Americans’ health issues. Here are the causes per google.

Lifestyle: Chronic stress, low physical activity, obesity, disrupted sleep, or using tobacco products

Diet: Eating foods high in trans fat or salt, red meat, processed meat, commercial baked goods, fried foods, or sugar-sweetened beverages

We already adjust health insurance premiums based on tobacco usage, but we really should add obesity to that. If someone has a controllable health factor that they neglect, and as a result they add cost to the risk pool, they should bear that financial burden.

Hopefully RFKjr helps with some of the diet elements, most of which aren’t captured above. I’m on the right so not a huge regulation guy, but I would 100% support banning a lot of the terrible shit in our food supply. In fact I think it may be one of the most important things this administration can do. Add in mandatory nutrition education to our schools and some sort of public awareness campaign.

Yup, I’ve. Been following several doctors on YT for a couple years. Everything we’ve been told is to fund big Agra, big Med and Big pharma

"I love Cholesterol! Do You Know What My Cholesterol Is?
Take A Deep Breath...It's 325."
Cardiologist Dr. Alok Chopra

"Cholesterol Has Become A Swear word. Everybody Thinks it's Evil."

"People assume Cholesterol comes from food. No, Not at all. 85% of Cholesterol Is Made By Our Body. How Can It Be Bad?"

"Cholesterol is essential for life & deeply linked to our immunity.

The greatest myth is the field of medicine is that there is a relationship between high cholesterol & heart disease--it does not exist.

There are no benefits to taking a Statin, yes they lower your cholesterol, but they do not lower Cardiovascular Risk or Disease. Statins are dangerous because low cholesterol causes deadly side effects:

💊Statins cause CoQ10 deficiency, resulting in muscle pain & Mitochondrial Dysfunction.
💊Statins inhibit Heme A, a vital component of the electron transport chain for energy.
💊Cholesterol should not be lowered, it's critical for Vitamin D & all hormones, digestion, every cell should be saturated with healthy cholesterol.
💊Statins Do Not Lower Cardiovascular Disease, in fact in those over 65, Statins Increase Mortality.
💊Statins stop Dolichol, a crucial molecule in protein glycosylation in the brain, deficiency leads to Parkinson's & other brain disorders.
💊Statins cause liver & pancreas damage, leading to insulin resistance & type 2 diabetes.

Chronic Conditions Caused By Statins:
Muscle Pain
Weakness
Neuropathy
Heart Failure
Dizziness/Vertigo
Cognitive Impairment
Dementia
Cancer
Pancreatitis
Liver Damage
Diabetes
Depression
Parkinson's Disease
Testosterone Deficiency
Estrogen Deficiency
Brain Damage
