Hi my father was interested in buying a property in Clemson area and is lives on the coast. He is not on here and was interested in finding a good recommended realtor in area kind of to send him listings as they come available and see if the right property comes up. I don't think it matters as much single family home vs. townhome vs condo if its the right fit. Would want either 5-10 minutes from campus or potentially further in Pickens, Oconee, Greenville, or Anderson County if on a lake or with a mountain view. Thanks for any help.
