The Good- Man this team is fun and just finds a way.
The Bad- Still can't find the Homerun ball against better arms
The Ugly- Bissetta and Priest. For guys who should be able to fix "the bad" they are not doing well.
The lineup should probably be this going forward-
1. Dominic Listi LF -Man what a pick up.
2. Jarren Purify 2B - Hope he can keep the heat up all year. He cooled a little since that crazy stretch a week or so ago but is still playing well.
3. Cam Cannerella CF - He needs to keep getting better. He is an above average player right now but is playing below his potential.
4. Luke Gaffney 1B - He has power potential but has a much better approach than Priest.
5. Tryston McCladdie DH - He can certainly still play some position ball when they tweak the lineup to give Priest and Bissetta some more chances but if we are looking for an elite field plus all the best bats he needs to DH.
6. Jack Crighton RF - Kid needs to play. Has a good avg. Good approach. Good on the bases. Great in the outfield. Probably won't hit a single HR.
7. Jacob Jarrell C - Defensively he has been fine. Bat has been Jekyll or Hyde.
8. Josh Paino 3B- Needs to improve his fielding as of late and even though his avg is down he leads in HR and RBI.
9. Andrew Ciufo SS - Would love to see him get his average above .250 and his ob% over .400.
McGladdie can get some work in the field and you can sprinkle in Bissetta and Priest but they need to show more before they are in the regular lineup again.
Also for pitching...
I'd give Bailey the Sunday start. Let Leguernic take PC this week.
