Here's my current take on the line-up (with backups) and rotation as of 1/13.
C Adam Hackenberg *SO/Jonathan French *FR
1B Davis Sharpe *SO/Dylan Brewer *FR (Caden Grice may also factor here)
2B Sam Hall *JR/Pierce Gallo *FR
3B Bryar Hawkins *SO/Blake Wright FR
SS James Parker *FR/Pierce Gallo *FR
LF Elijah Henderson *SO/Cooper Ingle FR (both could also play some infield)
CF Bryce Teodosio *JR/Kier Meredith *SO
RF Bo Majkowski *JR/Dylan Brewer *FR
DH Kier Meredith *SO
Pitching:
#1 Davis Sharpe RHP *SO
#2 Caden Grice LHP FR
#3 Jackson Lindley RHP *SO
#4 Keyshawn Askew LHP *SO
Closer: Rob Hughes RHP *SO (Furman transfer - throwing 96+ gas in the fall)
We will carry a roster of 46 with a lot of depth and a lot of versatility. I'll cover more later but the pitchers not listed as starters above comprise a deep and distinguished list of proven arms for us. The positional options may almost be "problematic" until we figure out the roles in season (think similar to basketball early on).
