I know a lot of people on this board will probably roll their eyes over a softball thread but it’s hard not to appreciate what Clemson did today against Northwestern.
Northwestern won the Big 10 and made it to the CWS last year. They returned almost everyone from that team , including the unanimous Big 10 pitcher of the year (Danielle Williams). Northwestern is the favorite to win the Big 10 again. They even beat Texas already.
Williams pitched vs Clemson today and Clemson destroyed her. Winning 15-2 against that team is quite a feat. I’m excited to see how far this team goes.
