When Clemson filed its motion for summary judgment on the issue of the Grant of Rights, Clemson requested a July 12th hearing date, which is this Friday. Do we know if the Court actually set the hearing date for this Friday?
Also, if the hearing is set for this Friday, or even if the ACC filed a motion to continue the hearing, in my jurisdiction, the ACC would have had to file either an opposition to Clemson's MSJ by now, to which Clemson would have filed a reply OR Clemson would have filed an opposition nto the AC'C's motion to continue and the ACC would have filed a reply brief.
Anyone have an update on any recent filings related to the requested July 12th hearing on the MSJ? I'm particularly interested in what the ACC filed in response to either the substance of the Clemson motion or the basis for the continuance and Clemson's position in opposition to pushing the July 12th hearing date further back.
