I recall following the beauty of 44-16 the narrative was that Clemson's Staff stability was a huge plus and the frequent staff turnover for Bama had caught up with them. It seems like the script has now flipped. Saban has made great hires since and really potent new ideas and strategies have followed. Whereas Clemson seems to have become stale due largely due to the same coaching staff staying in place. Like many things in life, there's a tipping point where a strength can become a weakness. In evaluating the development of recruited talent and the implementation of schemes, Clemson could use an infusion on new ideas to reinvigorate the program.
