I was reading an article on the Athletic about the hiring of Sanders and he stated that his strategy for his roster was 40 - 40 - 20 which is 40% graduate transfers, 40% undergrad transfers and only 20% high school recruits. Will be interesting to see how that plays out. He says that was his roster make up at Jackson State. But having 80 % of your roster only there for 1-2 years is a huge amount of turnover on a yearly basis
