1. the lawsuit is about the entire EO, not just the immigration enforcement piece. that's just clickbait nonsense.
2. the constitution explicitly states these powers are left to the states or congress. he literally doesn't have the power.
its a pretty easily explainable lawsuit if your head isn't up your ass and if you have ANY contextual understanding of the lawsuit instead of repeating clickbaity nonsense.
When he repeatedly states the same thing over and over then he has the goods and is always right imo.
I'm not claiming he's never right, but we both know he regularly makes things up or talks a big talk whether there's something ultimately behind it or not.

🚨Exclusive: 2,416,864 voter registration records have voter ID numbers ending in a zero, per a current Wis. statewide voter list. Importance:
Found: 444,000+ of them were assigned, each to a specific person, then reassigned over time to a new, different person. 444,000!! This is illegal.
I believe these are the Shapeshifters I found in early 2022, but at the time, I didn't fully understand what I was looking at.

Just something else to think about - this doesn't HAVE to be a PERSON that has access to WisVote. By assuming that, you are also assuming that the code ONLY does what is claimed.
How can you be sure that there is not a piece of structured code, placed in there by who knows, that would run automatically to create these "pools"? It would actually make more sense for it to be an installed agent code that is present all the time and structures the "pools" at regular intervals, this avoiding an entry in the log that it was accessed and that you always have someone on-staff at the right times that is both willing to help and understand what to do to accomplish the structuring.
