Yep. They (and immediate family members - looking at you Pelosi) shouldn't be able to trade while they are in Congress.
Should be able to hold index products only and should be managed by a blind trust.

It's useful investment info to track their trades in real time. Pelosi is the master of this. Tubberville has been pretty solid.
But, even though I make money from it, I agree they should not able to trade. Also should have term limits.
Yep, this is insider trading and should be treated as such. If I made trades ahead of govt announcements and bet right each time, they would be all over me.
I think this is one we can all agree on. Really disappointed to see the people making the laws don't.

agree that conflict of financial interest is a big deal needing fixing along with leaving government and then being hired by a company they oversaw laws being passed for
you dont track real time. they, in virtually all cases, wait the 45 day max to file or close to it. too late to piggyback
