Good morning guys. First, I'd love to get your feedback as to the academic challenges for portal transfers. In the past there was always NCAA enforcement re suspending a player with poor grades. Meeting minimal GPA and course hours earned each semester was monitored. Godfrey is today's example of why progress towards graduation appears to mean less today -- is that correct? To actually graduate in any major seems unlikely to me when multiple transfers have taken place. Unless a player is extremely intelligent and also initially selected a course of study offered at any university, it seems to me graduation is unlikely. And that's even at a school like Clemson where extensive tutoring exists.
As well, do you think in the future Clemson will take an agressive stance to cancel or re-construct NIL deals where player performance doesn't meet expectations? We all know that some coaches (Dabo specifically) are known to have a big heart when it comes to player loyalty. But business is business now that college sports is ruled by television contracts and professional agents.
