I am for the fair application of the law and it seems you are too. Whether it’s an attempted murder of a SCOTUS judge, FBI agent, or private citizen, these are things that should be denounced and punished, whichever party one belongs to.

In the case you brought up, the guy was arrested by us Marshalls that were sent to protect the scotus on the order of Biden’s DOJ. So that kind of destroys your argument.
Why did he need protection? Because they allowed mobs of people to form outside of his house and the current admin did zilch about it ……social justice just like the BLM year of love. Is there a swarming group of protesters in front of Garlands house?
The DOJ chose not to enforce the federal statute that makes it illegal to protest a private residence. They wanted people in their face. They didn’t do anything to discourage the behavior.

She was subpoenaed and then afterwards deleted every email and acid scrubbed every single device with proof on it before the deposition. They never got a warrant and raided her home or business. She was then deposed but the DOJ and FBI decided not to file charges because there was no intent.
