Every month, the Harvard-Harris Poll (a partnership between Harvard’s Center for American Political Studies, The Harris Poll, and HarrisX) administers a public opinion survey that tracks Americans’ attitudes on a wide range of political and social issues.
It’s no secret that the Harvard-Harris Poll is inaccurate and misleading. A number of experts from both sides of the aisle — including statistician Nate R. Silver, Democratic pollster Geoff D. Garin ’75, Republican pollster Chris Wilson, liberal journalist Josh M.J. Marshall, and conservative law professor Ilya Somin — have criticized the survey. FiveThirtyEight, a public opinion blog that aggregates political polls, recently ranked Harris Insights & Analytics in the bottom 50 percent of American pollsters."

Harvard is lending its name to a methodologically flawed poll that often promotes a right-wing political agenda.
MIND-BLOWING: Just 7,000 politically connected NGOs are hoarding 90% of all taxpayer money meant for nonprofits.
Roughly $300 billion in government money flows to nonprofits every year—with zero transparency on where that money actually goes.
Elon Musk recently told Joe Rogan that NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) are among the biggest scams ever.
That’s because taxpayer-funded NGOs act as a loophole to funnel billions into shadowy, unaccountable organizations—doing things that would be illegal if carried out directly by the government itself.
@DataRepublican (who’s featured in this clip) previously reported that the “Uniparty” is actually a network of NGOs partially funded by your tax dollars.
And the one thing they all have in common is that they claim to promote “democracy.”
According to her investigation, seven NGOs—heavily backed by USAID and the U.S. State Department—serve as the Uniparty’s enforcement arm, pushing propaganda under the guise of “protecting democracy.”
These groups, originally formed during the Cold War, have shifted their mission from spreading democracy abroad to protecting their own power—redefining “democracy” to mean preserving themselves.
Or, as Musk puts it, a threat to “democracy” really means a threat to the bureaucracy.
This Republican deserves a lot of attention.

How is that any different than people flooding the board with posts from Insurrection Barbie, DC Draino, LibsofTikTok and Catturd? Those posts have more credibility just because they came from X? Bluesky is just posters who fled X because of the rank stupidity of those who value the opinion of the above.
They have more credibility from X for the simple fact that speech is not censored. Bluesky censors speech and, therefore, its users do not have the complete information on which to base discussions.
Yes, i discount anything that comes from a place that censors.

Are you telling me that you valued the voices of people who used to oppose the Catturd's of the world? Those people mostly left X, not because they're stupid as Bionic implied, but because there was so much stupidity on X and you couldn't breakthrough unless you paid $8 a month, so there's really no difference. The opposition voices are squashed on X but that's not how it works on Bluesky - you don't have to pay to be heard and you have more control to filter out the haters.

When you say there is "so much stupidity on X" what you really mean is that you are too stupid to filter through it. You prefer someone else (bluesky) to do the filtering for you.

Not true, I understand how to filter out the stupidity with the Following setting but if I do decide to look at posts from the other side, which I do to see what they're saying, when I respond nobody sees it. I was filtered out simply because I don't pay but that's not how old Twitter used to work.
Oh, you wanted to grift off the people paying. You want to pay higher taxes but don't want to pay $8 to amplify your voice.
Like I said I get it. Doing the same against Zuck cost me a bunch of money.
But let's not act like you get better info on blue sky or threads or whatever. If Elon sold X tomorrow you would be back on it. Just be honest, your politics don't align with Elons, and you don't want to use his platform. That is OK. You will gain more respect by being honest.
You might want to check how many posts I've addded here from Xitter before you claim I don't use it. But you're right about Elon's dangerous politics - they aren't healthy for our country or democracy worldwide.
