desantis

Nikki, Nimarata, or whatever her name is, will drop out first part of next week. She has no chance. She could drop out, or left being embarrassed in her "own" state. TRUMP is going to win. Rightly/Wrongly, he is going to win.

It's not their time. This country is Trump or bust for 2024. I would vote for Desantis in the future, but I will never vote for Haley.

I have to think she’ll hang on through SC. She should do well in NH.

Will vote for her but it certainly appears the mouth breathing contingent of the party will nominate their guy.

It seems rather petty of you to suddenly be referring to her with a name other that Nikki simply for the fact that trump brought it up in a derogatory fashion.

She'll certainly hang on. She's been spending all her money there. She will come in second, so she is the first loser. If it makes it to SC, I think she'll lose worse than she did in Iowa (in her state). +30 point loss.

I think you are an intelligent person, and you may have more monetary wealth than me. The thing is, your vote in our current system means my vote is equal to yours.

Honest question if you're willing to answer. Was your life better under Trump, or now?

You as a typical liberal always think the worst of someone. That's what you do. This had nothing to do with Trump. There are many stories coming out about her infidelity, and things she has said that are being brought into question.

Just from what I have learned I would never vote for her. You do you though boo.

My life was/is great either way. I don’t like Biden, but there has been no decline in my quality of life. I had the best work year of my career last year, but thrived under Trump too.

I would welcome back Trump’s general policies, but not the man. And we also know that nothing drives voter turnout for the dems more than showing up to vote against Donald Trump. The MAGA wing has suffered widespread losses in 2020, 2022 and 2023. Why would I expect that trend to break in 2024?

Someone who can pull votes in the middle is required to beat Biden. That’s not Trump. Nominating Trump is handing the presidency to the dems for 4 more years. If that’s what you want, proceed with supporting Trump. The DNC will be thrilled.

Unfortunately, this is exactly what I figured. You have things structured where you don't ever see a downfall in YOUR financial situation. Others might not be so fortunate.

Trump is going to be the man. Like him/don't like him, he's going to be the nominee. All these other people are doing is pissing away millions of dollars when they have no chance of winning.

I don't agree with everything the man says/does, but you put him up against Biden/Harris/Obama/Turtle/Graham (just to name a few) I'll take my chances. That's the reason I voted for him in '16 (I didn't know what I was getting, but didn't want Hillary), and will vote for him again.

How does it feel knowing the “mouth breathing contingent” of your party knows better than you?

You’re a dope who is easily manipulated by propaganda… You may as well be a democrat, because you’re a waste of air and holding the country down

We just got our final numbers and our company had a record year in 2023 and we came close in 2022, the stock market is breaking records, GDP is soaring and we're having the longest stretch of low unemployment since the 60s. And we don't have to deal with a special needs sociopath filling the ether with divisive horseshit all day/every day.

If your life isn't great, that's your problem but nothing has stopped the average American from succeeding if they wanted to. And you damn sure shouldn't begrudge scotch for doing what it takes to make himself wildly successful. That's the American dream isn't it?

Like damn near %50 of this country. They have no respect for the "common person".

You are an absolute idiot and are demonstrating exactly why you are the "mouth breathers" of the Republican party. @scotchtiger is one of the best posters on this site. The jealousy you guys are showing towards someone who has worked hard, succeeded, and is taking good care of his family is hilarious.

Hate to be the one to break it to you, but if you aren't doing well in this economy it's by choice. I had my best financial year ever in my job and our company has thrived.

Trump is absolutely feasting on your bitterness. He’s built a good chunk of his following playing into this type of bitterness. As if anything going on in my life affects your financial prospects.

Plenty of opportunity out there for talented, motivated, capable people. If you aren’t realizing that opportunity, odds are it has absolutely nothing to do with Joe Biden or ole scotch.

I absolutely have respect for the “common person,” however that’s defined. I’m pretty common, or what should be common. Married, 2 young kids, both spouses work hard, homeowner, self-made, etc. Nothing special.

So you are a reformed mouth breather though since you did vote for Trump twice? Do you feel smarter now that you have disavowed Trump?

Blame the current two party system. The fact the final ballot could be decided before 48 other states have had their chance to have a say is a problem. Nevermind, that Iowa and NH are two of the least populated states in the Union. Come November we could very well have a ballot with 1 candidate in prison and another in the morgue.

Are these candidates really the best America has to offer?

No. I voted for Trump as the republican nominee. I did not vote for him in the 2016 primary either.

And a lot has changed since November 2020. We learned that he drives major dem turnout even with a weak candidate. We learned that he couldn’t handle the results of the election in a responsible way. We know he acted like a little bitch and sabotaged the GA senate runoff after the election. We’ve continued to see how divisive he is for the country.

We’ve also seen the 2022 red wave fall short and saw dem gains in 2023 as well. We saw Trump endorsed candidates lose in critical swing states. MAGA candidates have not done well in contested areas.

So I think the people still supporting Trump, with all the evidence we have about him as a person and about his electability, are mouth breathers.

Good for you and your opinion. I think conservatives that allow msm to fool and confuse them to right and wrong and twist them in the wind easily are the real mouth breathers. Hey I am not calling names but if the shoe fits then wear it.

He just gave you a list of facts for his opinion and you're accusing someone much smarter than you of being fooled by msm? LMAO

His attitude towards Trump and the fact that he dropped him like a hot brick when Trump refused to concede the election after voting for him in 2016 and 2020. Hes also very disrespectful to Trump even though he personally supports almost all of Trumps viewpoints on how to run the nation. Its that simple in my book and I felt a response was appropriate after he has been calling tens of millions of Trump supporters including myself mouth breathers for well over a year now.

Doesn’t seem like he’s confused at all.

I'm assuming you won't vote for Trump if her infidelities are a concern for you. Anyone giving any moral reasons they would not vote for someone if they would vote for trump is utter insanity.

I'm going to vote for the pub nominee no matter who it is. You are either going to get more conservative, pro business, less govt, or more govt, more taxes, more progressive policy when it comes time to vote no matter who the candidate ends up being. The election is going to have an impact on the country, and those results/impacts are going to be 99% policy based.

Trump would not be my choice, but the lunatics on here who think we are going to turn into North Korea if he is elected have been spending too much time smoking meth with the younger biden. Why all the speculation about what a trump potus term would look like when we have actual history to tell us what those 4 yrs would be like? Except for one day- that has been completely blown out of proportion, things were better than they have been before or after him before he pandemic hit.

The economy was booming, the wage gap between rich/poor was decreasing, labor participation was the highest in decades, and minority wages compared to overall wages were at unprecedented levels. Literally, everyone was better off. There was relative world peace and inroads were being made for more stabilization and peace in the middle east. Foreign countries(China/Iran/NK) were not taunting/attacking us like they are now bc they knew we would not speak or act from a weak position. If the cost of that is I have to not listen to the potus speak bc it makes me want to throat punch him, I can live with that. I do that now, lol.

Read what I said. He has been continually calling Trump supporters which includes me mouth breathers and other insults for over a year and I decided to respond and do not care at all if it rankles you, him or anyone else. His argument is that we have to be dumb to support Trump as he cannot win the election under his logic. I have no problem with that opinion and it could turn out to be correct, but then he wants to throw in the insults. He obviously has no qualms giving his opinion and I have no qualms giving mine.

I have previously stated and continue to say that I support Trump because he is the best man for the job and it is the right thing to do. Trump has put everything on the line to do this and I am riding with him til the end win or lose and it appears that the vast majority of republicans agree with me.

I don’t know, maybe it is the 30+ former direct reports of trumps who have been warning us of how terrible a second Trump term will be. These are all people who had to step in at some point and stop Trump from doing something terrible. At own point bunker boy even wanted to call in the military on American citizens who were protesting.

In bunker boys second term, he is going to surround himself with zealots who will do whatever he says. He has not been turning to hide this.
