Maybe Obama should have a press conference saying that breathing is good for all of us and that we all should breath, then all the maga-heads could suffocate themselves. lmao

I dont believe that mass covid vaccinations are currently necessary although CDC recommends them. I thought brett meir said six million illegals. trump is the one who gives those high numbers but it is wise not to believe him when he states numbers on anything. And beleive it or not, the word amongst my PA and doctor buddies is that Mexicans like to get vaccinations since many of them have not been previously afforded that level of care in their upbringing. Also I would ask, are the 20-30 million unvetted illegals that are here vaccinated? If not what are your thoughts?
There’s a report I read that says the child actually died from medical errors associated with pneumonia.
More of a parental consent issue than a covid issue. Doesnt mean they will win the case or that the case has been decided. The parents just survived a preliminary motion to dismiss, i bet. The key though is nominal and Minimal damages i bet. No one going to get much money out of that. What happened? did the kid have a rough day as a reaction? no real damages there. or did his pecker fall off as a result of the vaccination? now that might would be a case, although still a longshot, since vaccine comanies and providers enjoy a wide scope of immunity and limited liability payments by federal statute. Otherwise, i dont see any real relevance.Speaking of COVID and vaccines, this is relevant:
BREAKING: North Carolina Supreme Court has given a family the green light to sue their school district after their son was allegedly vaccinated with a COVID mRNA injection without parental consent.
Tanner Smith, 14, went to a clinic for a COVID-19 test after a football team outbreak, not expecting a vaccine. He told workers he didn’t want the vaccine and lacked parental consent. When they couldn’t reach his mother, a worker allegedly instructed another to administer the vaccine anyway, mother Emily Happel and Smith allege in legal briefs.
There’s no way you’re a parent. That’s egregious, to subject a child to any type of medical procedure without consent of parent is crazy unless it’s life saving. That is terrible and who cares about the money, the fact you’re attempting to justify that is crazy.More of a parental consent issue than a covid issue. Try again. He's absolutely trying to justify it.He's not attempting to justify it. He's very nicely calling you an idiot for bringing it up, since it's not actually about COVID/vaccines, and is instead about parental consent and harm.
Literally nothing in that post suggested he thought it was ok.
you brought up a lawsuit. I discussed a lawsuit. The suit will be against the school, which is a state agency. There are no punitive damages for egregious conduct against a state agency. No money in it, so what is the point of the civil suit. I would bet that the lawyer is an anti vaxxer nut and just wants to make a point, but if i was defense counsel for the school, iwouldnt offer much money to settle the case. I dont necessarily agree nor disagree with your opinion but the the original point of OP's post is how egregious it was of the parents not to consent to acquire a measles vaccination for their child, a lack of consent whic hled to death of the child. That is a true example of egregious conduct. And yes i am a parent, and yes, i had my children vaccinated for measles. Would you? Did you? There’s no way you’re a parent. I was simply trying to gauge if you agreed that was overstepping by an authority. That’s too far. I don’t care about the lawsuit. As a human and American that disgusts me, someone thinking they should subject a child to anything without consent is wrong.you brought up a lawsuit. I discussed a lawsuit. We all know you're married but you never revealed his pronoun.Lololololol little man? I’m 6’6” 225. You’re probably 5’9” and very upset about it. It’s ok buddy, I know that makes you tall in Mexico

I am indeed a father. My children were born in the early 2000’s, vaccinated, minor issues with one series. My son had a febrile seizure but I would not be being honest if I said I knew unequivocally that a vaccine caused it. That would be inaccurate. However the thing I think about now is the fact that my children are hopefully going to be having children of their own in the next decade. And I want to steer them and guide them to do the right thing. If I’m being honest, I would tell them to not to do the full vaccine schedule now. It’s just too much and there’s not enough evidence to not rule out the increase in vaccines causing some of the developmental issues we are seeing rise. There is 100% a place for vaccines, I believe that a lot of them are some of the most life altering, in a positive way, inventions in the history of the world truly. But there’s just no denying something is going on that is above my understanding. But I do understand correlation and causation, so I guess my answer is it’s nuanced. If I had children today I would want them vaccinated against some things and would waive others. Again, in full transparency, I have no idea what all they are giving now because I have no skin in the game. But I know they’ve increased drastically the amount and frequency over the last couple decades.

Did you not take 2 minutes and read my post. All I said is it’s worth looking at and that there’s been an increase in the amount of vaccines and developmental issues, do you deny that? Sorry that’s radical right. Is this guy a doctor or medical researcher? Posting a series of numbers and then trying to extract causality or correlation from the numbers, which many MAGA faithful are prone to do, just makes you look uneducated.
Please don’t look uneducated.
You fell for that? Hahahahahahhahahaha you’re an idiotWe all know you're married but you never revealed his pronoun.
His/her/it/them/@Dicpic73/@dw4, etc? Let us know the dudes profile so we can address it
Like you vaxxers love to say correlation doesnt equal causation. Lets be consistent now.you brought up a lawsuit. I discussed a lawsuit. The suit will be against the school, which is a state agency. This kind of thing should never, ever have happened in the first place. EVER! Where my child goes to school (middle school) the school nurse can't even give them an aspirin without our approval.Speaking of COVID and vaccines, this is relevant:

There were posters defending this nonsense. Our children’s school is the same. Can’t even give them Tylenol without parental consent or a waiver given to the school nurse. These are children and should be protected at all costs, justifying that behavior is hard to understand. This kind of thing should never, ever have happened in the first place. EVER! IMO, this kind of thing is not a disciplinary offence. It is not an offence where they should be fired.
This is an offence where people should go to jail/prison.
My wife got the clot shot of her own volition. I got mine under duress. I told her in no uncertain terms that my child under the age of 18 would not get it until she reached the age of consent.
Your husband has to be pissed you’re ignoring him tonight and denying he exists earlierGood lord dude. Get a grip

🚨BREAKING – Hospital Records in Texas Measles Death Released to CHD
After analyzing the medical records, @PierreKory concludes that this child “did not die of measles.”
“She did not die of measles by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, she died of pneumonia. But it gets worse than that, because she didn't really die of pneumonia. She died of a medical error.”
No. But he posts the siren emoji before BREAKING so it must be trueIs he a certified physician?
