Drops the Mic

Lots of people move out of the country so that the President is NOT their commander in chief. I know personally because I have an IQ above 70 and I have also spent time abroad. Also, @Cabotiger told you that the President is not his. But just continue to ignore blatant evidence and stick by your opinions. You have shown incredible proficiency in that respect.

If you're going to insist on attempting to degrade others and name call on the internet, AT LEAST improve your grasp of the language.

Congrats on your IQ. Funny how I'm the one name calling and degrading others. I post a link or make a comment against the common belief of the majority of the board, and I'm the one that is called names. I just don't let it bother me like you and your friends. If you are an American citizen and live abroad, the POTUS is still your commander in chief. That's a fact. You can move where you want. If it's such an issue to you and your buddies, move and change citizenship. Times are changing. Time to adapt. If not, you and your friends will get left behind. The close-mindedness will get you nowhere. I have no issues grasping the language, so your attempt at insulting my intelligence is weak. Nice job of jumping on the bandwagon.

I'm 34 and def wasn't voting for W. None for the POTUS yet. I have voted for some in local elections.

Looking back, what republican president would you have voted for in past elections before your time?

It is fairly amazing - yet so very comical - just how wrong and how often you can be. It is really to the point that trying to discuss anything with you is pointless. You just completely ignore relevant facts, and make frivolous assumptions.

You do not know Cabo's status as a citizen. What you do know is that he lives in Mexico, and that he himself stated that the President is not his CIC. There is no reason to not believe him. If he is a citizen of Mexico, he has no allegiance to the US president. And further, he isn't allowed to have any. Most countries' oath of citizenship guarantees that - including Mexico. Our own oath of citizenship guarantees this as well, just the other way around.

I, myself, have considered dual citizenship and may still do it. I have also considered changing my citizenship altogether, and that could still happen (but isn't likely). There are a few members of my family who hold dual citizenship or have renounced and changed entirely. The concept that you still have any allegiance to a foreign leader is completely illogical and would not be a good practice for any nation.

You do know that you can live in another country and be a US citizen you retard, right? So that means that the president is still your commander in chief. I know personally bc I lived abroad for six years. Smh. You idiots think alike

Is calling people "retards" cool in the open-minded, socially liberal crowd these days?
I would have thought otherwise.

It would be easier if you and your friends just shut the f up and thank YOUR commander in chief for all he's done for you. lol. Respect
What exactly should I be thanking him for? Obamacare? Continuing the destabilization of the Middle East? Trading 5 terrorists for a traitor? Inciting the worst racial relationships I've ever seen? (disclaimer I'm 35) Allowing the IRS to audit "right wing and religious groups "? The worst job market in my lifetime? Lighting up the WH with rainbow colors? Saying if he had a son he'd look like Trayvon while not even calling multiple victims of murder committed by illegal immigrants? Opening the borders? Refusing to mutter the word "radical Islam"?
Oh thank you Barry.

So much originality. Keep taking outdated fashion advice from a college FB message board.

OP is doing just fine. I just don't need to brag abt my situation through posts like most you insecure fellas.

Do you think I'm even mildly upset? I laugh at you guys. Even when you talk about my parents, my parenting, race, etc., I really don't let it bother me. Meanwhile you guys have to get talked off the ledge when a recruit names someone else as his favorite. It shocks me how fragile most of you are.

Lol he's no where near a fiscal conservative. Goodness you're embarassing yourself ITT.

I said I'm generally fiscally conservative. Did I ever say he was? Did I ever say I agree with all his decisions?

I'm embarrassing myself. Look at your avatar. I hope that's not you. Talking abt embarrassment...

Please answer my question, what should we be thanking him for? I'm serious @rladams5. Not attacking just want to know what he's done that I should be thankful for.

I'm 34. Racial relationships have come a long way over our lifetimes. You just like others, get caught up in headlines of any racial event bc of the immediacy of today's 24-7 news cycle and social media culture. All this has been happening for years at a much worse rate. It just wasn't being recorded on cell phones. Wake up.

The job market was much worse during W's regime. Any stat would support that.

I hate Obamacare as well.

Nothing was remotely wrong with his statement on Trayvon. Comparing it to murders committed by illegal immigrants...huh?

If you think our country is in worse shape now than in 2008, I don't know what to say.

Whew. Very fair and tough question. To be honest, it's hard to say because I really don't know where they stood across all issues.

Guys like Lincoln, Roosevelt, and Eisenhower
were wayyy before my time. I know history says they were good presidents.

A lot of respect for Reagan's beliefs on lower taxes and true capitalism, where you entrust the individual. He started the year I was born, so I'm not extremely well-versed.

Its very tough bc I lean more left when it comes to social issues, but I also hate paying higher taxes for some of the things that is pushed by that party.

What am I wrong about or ignoring? I don't know Cabo's citizenship. I clearly stated that if he's an American citizen, then Obama is his commander in chief. If he changed to a Mexican citizen, good for him. If you and your family want to be dual citizens, go for it.

But, if you're an American, Obama is your President for a little while longer.

Even if I disagree with current or past president's decisions, I'm proud to be an American and going nowhere. All personal choice.

You only answered four of my questions. Is that because you can't defend them or I'm right? You literally posted in a thread within the last two weeks commenting on how racist the south was and that racism was everywhere. You cannot deny this has been one of the most divisive presidents of all time. I'm plenty awake man, I don't watch MSM, I get my info from Drudge and a few others. Race relations especially in large inner cities are worse than when he took over.

Job market is not better, labor force participation rate is down over 4% since 2008. Also for the first time there are more employees working less than 35 hours a week vs employees working more than 35.

You're right on obamacare.

My point on the Trayvon thing was he exploits situations and manipulates them to fit his narrative. That blacks are targeted more than whites, it was an inciting statement. He did the same thing with Feurguson. However he can't take two minutes out of his busy day to call a parent that had a child murdered by an illegal that was out of prison after 2 violent crime arrests. That's heartless. The young mans name was Jamiel Shaw. And there are several others that have been murdered by illegals, that have been arrested and released, you don't see a problem there? He wants to open the borders, that's lunacy, he won't even address the issues of releasing arrested and convicted illegals back into the country vs deporting them.

Not only is this country in worse shape, the world is as well. And we have some fault in that as well.

We'll have to agree to disagree. The country is In far better shape than 2008 and any economic measure will support that.

Obviously we view society through two different viewpoints and let whatever biases we have affect our thoughts on it. Neither of us are objective. There is way more opportunities for me, my family, and friends now than there were. I'm not even going to begin to list what use to have to be endured as a minority that one does not have to deal with anymore. Racism exists for sure. Everywhere. I did post a couple weeks back that more "unprofessional" things are said in southeast work settings and on these message boards. And? That doesn't mean that improvements haven't been made. And you were probably one of many who disagreed with me then, but conveniently decides to use it now. I'm a bi-racial minority so my viewpoint on racism is probably much different than yours. You must not remember the racial tension that existed during other presidencies. FEMA/Katrina, results of 9/11, Duke rape case, etc are just a few on many that happened during Bush's reign. Even Clinton who was considered as being on the forefront of race relations had plenty of things that happened during his regime in the 90s. All of a sudden now, our president is causing racial tension. Lol.

Unemployment was at almost 8% in 2008. It's under 6% now. That's a fact. Obamacare (which we agree on) is a huge driver of the PT % Increasing. Companies are having to pay more for healthcare so choosing to hire less FT is the way a lot of companies are going. I making hiring decisions across the nation all the time and have for the last decade. The job market is way more robust now. It is getting more difficult to hold onto talent bc then can constantly find higher salaries by job hopping. That was not the case prior to the last few years.

He manipulated no one with Trayvon or Ferguson. Those were tragic events that were not handled correctly. If there was the same public outrage around the people who were murdered by the illegals, he would've addressed as well. Unfortunately Trayvon type situations happens all the time. Illegals and legals murder all the time. Public officials don't address them all.

He doesn't want to open the borders to any one. You know that's not factually accurate.

Touché

I should not reciprocate with the insults. Good point.

The insult you decided to roll with is every bit as bigoted and hurtful as any slur based on race or sexuality. Maybe you should visit the "Special Needs Children" thread and gain some perspective. Get your privilege checked, ya know?

I said you were right. You even got a "touché". Point taken. What else do you want? Don't pay attention to your posts but hopefully you're not on another thread calling people out their names bc that would be hypocritical. Hopefully you just are searching threads looking for opportunities to call others out.
