Clemson basketball's upset win over Duke was one of the most viewed games of the season​

Brad Brownell and the Clemson men's basketball team are among the top teams in the country in 2025, and they're being watched like one.

Recently, the Tigers had their biggest win of the season and one of the biggest wins in the program's history, taking down then No. 2 Duke Blue Devils 77-71 in front of their home crowd in LittleJohn Coliseum in Clemson. Wins like these show you how far this program has come during Brownell's tenure, as Clemson has slowly climbed into the upper echelon of the ACC.
On Monday following the excellent week of college basketball excitement across the country, ESPN's public relations account shared the viewership numbers from this past week, with Clemson's matchup against Duke among this season's most viewed games. By far the most viewed game from the past week, the matchup drew 2.1 million average viewers. At it's peak, the game had 2.8 millions viewers.

These numbers equate to Clemson vs. Duke being the Clemson's huge upset win over Duke was one of the most viewed games of the 2025 season so far. Impressive numbers in an impressive win for the Tigers.
