Early Retirement: Health Care Costs Question

I turn 57 in May. I have a pretty significant savings, but also a wife and 12 year old daughter. I want to retire, but I started looking at the health care costs and MY GOD it is more than my mortgage (house is now paid off). It is $2500 a month to insure the three of us (and that is on the lower end of the scale). I looked at the Exchanges.....sheesh, $2000+ with subsidy, but $12-$14K deductible.

Any guidance from the TI wizards on how to get cheaper medical. I cannot retire with the costs of health care the way it stands today.
