He's a ****ing traitor of the highest order. He should strung up by his balls and left for vultures to pluck out his eyes. That's not what he leaked. Under false pretenses, he posed as a system administrator and got access to access to highly classified programs. He downloaded that information and gave the information to a people without a need to know and a foreigner. he wasn't whistle blowing. There's a process for whistle blowing and its not about turning over Top Secret information to journalist and movie makers.
BTW lots members of the Brotherhood come to America (Detroit) and are "married" to American women. This gets them an American passport so these terrorists can travel more freely around the world. They aren't Americans. They are Islamist crazies that deserve a bacon greased bullet. They deserve monitoring.

Conversations on Snowden/surveillance are always interesting to follow. Traditional political lines collapse pretty quickly.

Seeing it was passed 98-1 in the senate in response to 9/11 I got no problem with it. To me, if you got nothing significant to hide, you've got nothing to worry about.
Because we all know governments have never committed heinous crimes against it’s own people!

because i appreciate knowing what he exposed and the risk he took doing it. re the rape allegation that case was dropped and was a he said she said. i dont know enough about it to have a position and i dont think many people do. if he did do that, he should get the chair as far as i'm concerned for that crime. but as far as publishing info on lies and secrets of our government, that was a great thing. the people i want in cells are the ones he exposed. that the govt faced no repercussions in the wake of that is pathetic

at what point would you say your government has gone too far and deserves to be exposed? are government officials entitled to act as they see fit whether its legal or not and control all information and oversight of their actions? idno maybe its just me but i have a problem if my government is going to conceal information or lie to protect itself, and i damn sure think that information deserves to be exposed and they should be the ones answering questions in an interrogation room. i cant wrap my brain around taking greater issue with who and how the information was acquired than the content of the information exposed and the individuals involved.
yea i mean very good chance thats what it is, just its he said she said and not worth going there. generally speaking that crime deserves the death penalty in my view, but discussion was about wikileaks so wanted to keep it there where the details are known. mindblowing anyone has a bigger issue with him than what he exposed. if info hadnt been covered up there wouldn't have been anything to expose
Bullsh!t. Stop getting your info from Hollywood movies. Snowden was an IT flunky who wet fishing for information. He had no idea what he had, and no clearance to have it. He lied to get access. Sadly, security measures weren't enforced and he got the info. He wasn't some social justice warrior. He was a douche stealing for stealing sake.
The fact he's in Russia should tell you what the US court system would do to him. It'll be a great day once he's taken out.
