The first thing it starts with IS SOOOO DUMB. SPIKES? You mean large counties of cities that are 90/10 democratic reported their votes and changed the vote counts for Biden?? Or that because TRUMP WAS DUMB and demonized absentee ballots (after Repubs used to own absentte voting historically), when those votes were counted, which were separate from same day vote count reporting--it spiked for Biden.
