Given that Clemson and FSU are suing the conference and have made it clear they intend on leaving the ACC, why would ESPN/Disney take the risk of being left with a diminished ACC during the extension term of 10 additional years? Seems to me they opt out and make the conference assure a solid foundation of schools before agreeing to another 10 years.
