EU looking to negotiate trade with the US.

Does anyone know what tariffs the EU had on the US prior to the the recent tariffs that the US has instituted?

All I'm seeing is that the EU is thinking about counter tariffs if they can't agree to the zero for zero.
I guess my question is overall was it essentially zero for zero already prior to these recent US tariffs or what exports tariffs imposed on the US are we trying to negotiate down?

Zero to Zero is not the problem

The problem is The Euros put in many restrictions on American products that are not tariffs but are methods to exclude American products

one is a VAT tax in Germany on American products where German companies pay 1 per cent and American pay 13 per cent

So the trade has to br FREE TRADE and not restricted trade
