Y'all have an excellent restaurant in Webb Custom Kitchen.
Ate lunch there last Friday passing through on the way to Kannapolis, and what an awesome concept (a restored movie theater). Everything was delicious.
It really gave me a revelation about eating while traveling: You really don't have to do the quick Wendy's/McDonald's/Subway thing. Just spend a couple of minutes doing some investigating, and you'll probably be able to find a really good spot somewhere.
