All 50 states have laws against the illegal dumping or abandonment of dead bodies, and that includes fetus'.


They range from it being a misdemeanor to a felony.

This being a non viable fetus, more than likely there won't be any serious charges, if any.

I think any rational human would want an investigation of a fetus found in a bag in a dumpster.

Time to prosecute? lol…state of Texas tried to prosecute and couldn’t get an indictment from a Grand Jury.

I also really enjoy how at no point in the video does anyone admit to anything that the caption says they admitted to. I swear twitter is not just a competition between conservative posters to see just how different the caption can be vs the video they post.
