I don’t think Riley is anywhere near ready to be a head coach ! Even if the offense has a great year next year I still don’t think he is ready . The head coach’s job is a whole lot harder now with how things are structured, and I just don’t see him being able to be the CEO type that is needed for today’s model. I felt when he was hired that he needed a minimum of 5 to 6 yrs under Dabo. I would have real questions on his ability to put together a complete staff like you need now days . Heck Dabo is still trying to figure out bits and pieces under this new model I would love to get others thoughts
