It has not taken him this long to let them know if he was letting them go. He already knew where the problem areas are because he has been addressing them all season in staff meetings. He has been thinking on what changes need to be made for weeks, maybe for over a year. Dabo just wants to have all the t's crossed and i's dotted before going public. The staff that will be replaced, if indeed any of them will, already has their lines in the water fishing out their next jobs. I have been a coach for 50 years, this is just how it is done if you have class which Dabo does.
Hard for me to believe Dabo has left whole staff in limbo...
