I was adding 2 extra seats this year, but had to pay before they would let me know if they would be with or near my existing 4. I've also tried to move away from the band every year with no luck. When I emailed them, they responded back that after the deadline closes - I would get an email with a date and time based on points, etc to login and select available seats to move to. I feel like this is going to be a colossal fail based on past technology issues with Iptay, but we'll see - anyway, has anyone experienced the new way with Iptay.
