What is transgender curriculum?
Curriculum that teaches that sex is fluid and can be changed. It cannot. Curriculum that teaches that if a person feels like a female/woman that they are in FACT a woman. "They" are not.
can you teach a kid that those people exist?
Sure. You can teach, in a age appropriate course ... I think psychology courses start in High School????? Where I balk is when it is taught that a transgender person is in fact the sex they believe they are. They are not. Males cannot menstruate. Males cannot give birth. Females are not born with penises.
Should we be forced to tell them the truth about Santa?
That is for the parents to decide. Not a teacher

Maybe. But there appears to be a lot of opposition ... to parents not wanting teachers teaching that men can be women and that women can be men.
if a hulk wants to be called mrs can you just do the reasonable thing and honor that? If I want you to call me John or Joanna why should you gaf? Is that persons right to freedom and persuit of happiness infringing on you calling them a different name? I don’t think anyone is looking for your testimonial about how great gender swapping is.
again I have been very consistent about this, but I dont expect you to recall my individual posts, so I'll say it again
- If a man who was born John wants to be called Jane, I can do that
- If a person who is clearly a He/Him wants to be referred to as a she/her, I can do that
- If a person wants to be referred to as a they/them ... be patient with me because its grammatically strange ... but I can do that
I can do these things because Im polite, but I will never agree or believe that
- gender is fluid
- that men can be women and women can be men
- that men can menstruate
- that men can give birth
No one has the right to demand that I believe things that fly in the face of biology and that simply arent true. Just because a person feels like they are a woman, doesnt mean that they are a woman.
oh, and how do you know that animal doesn’t feel like it was born the wrong sex? Did you ask it?
So if we put on Dr. Doolittle hats on for a moment and assume "animals" can speak. It doesnt matter what the animal says how they feel. A male giraffe is a male giraffe. Its feels or opinion is utterly irrelevant.
Now ... lets not get confused here. I have been very specific, I limited my statement on transgenderism in zoology to mammals not the broad brush of "animals". This is important because there are "animals" that do change their sex. Certain fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians do it with regularity ... I mean ... that is how we got wild born Velociraptors in Jurassic Park
but no where in mammalian zoology do mammals change their sex. BUT ... interesting nugget ... here is some bar trivia for you
female hyenas are born with what is commonly called a female penis. Its actually an enlarged clitoris, but it resembles the males penis and is actually larger. Lionesses have been observed in the wild, especially in prides that lack a current male, to grow manes and exhibit more male like behavior .... BUT ... in both of these cases.... they are still female. .... Now you know that and cant unknow it haha
