I am a long time member and having issues opening articles today . I have been a member for many years and have not had an issue with this prior . I reset my password and logged in and still not able to open any articles . When I click on the help icon nothing happens ? Does anyone have any suggestions as I have become very frustrated and so tempted to cancel my subscription. I would appreciate any help and guidance .
