I've seen one or two threads of folks complaining about not having the rental seats at their spot last game. We didn't either. My wife paid for and has the email receipt a full month before the first game. She finally had time to call about it and the little girl on the other end was completely rude about it. Told her she would "put a work order in" but it may take 10 days. A "work order"???? We paid for them a month before the season. Why does a work order have to be put in ? She asked if we wanted to cancel for the season - that was her solution. Does anyone have a name we can contact about this beyond this receptionist ? Has anyone gotten any solution to it ?
