Horry County about to announce a person thats infected

Make no mistake about it, if Trump had shut everything down a couple of weeks/months ago, the way that @clemsontyger04 is suggesting ITT, he'd have been part of the loudest bitch-fest, saying things like "He can't take away my freedom like this", and "Trump is a Nazi"!

Yup

Not at all. I would have said he took necessary measures to save millions of lives. He also wouldnt have been mocking the virus in the process.

Face facts, he didnt think it was a legitimate threat. He flubbed it and is scrambling to fix things.

Yeah, that's real easy to say now.

It's way too early to make that determination.

How is it too early? Cases in this country are growing by the hour. We still dont have enough tests to actual know our true number.

I'm nowhere close to being a Trumper, but I fail to see Trump doing a ton wrong.

Seems like we are acting really quickly given the small amount of cases. I get that 1 case is one too many, but the measures we are taking is unprecedented.

I think it's always easier to criticize anything in hindsight, but these travel bans are drastic measures that occured pretty damn quick. I'm not suggesting we are necessarily overreacting, but I think you're reaching by acting like Trump (our gov't) doesn't think this is a big deal.
I've never liked to be tagged as a republican or democrat, but if I look at the issues, I'm probably more republican than democrat. I do support Trump because he has been what this country needs and the democrats haven't had someone worth a shyt, including Obama, since like JFK. Having said that, Trump is an egotistical blowhard, but I believe he has made the right and the difficult decisions when it comes to the carona virus, at least recently. Obama was a spineless puppet that wouldn't have made the difficult decisions Trump has made this week. I doubt any other democrat would have either. Maybe Cain. Don't remember if he was a democrat or republican.

I can, however, agree with the poster above that Trump probably underplayed the risk of the virus for the 1st 2 or 3 months. He probably could have done a lot of things better like fast-tracking having test kits made and tying to come up with a vaccine.

I hate that every thread on TI ends up with @clemsontyger04 and other democrats arguing with the die-hard republicans and totally going off topic from the original post. You can hardly read shyt on here nowadays without politics taking over. And it's not like they are arguing over anything new. They are continuing the same damn argument and posting the same damn shyt over & over again in just about every thread.

I wish this site had a complicated enough system that you could block a post any time clemsontyger04 said "Trump" or BigTimeTiger says "media"

Yeah, right. If the search function worked on here and I searched for "Trump" AND "mocking" I would probably find 100 posts by you over the last week. Probably like this....

Also I do think Trump should be held fully responsible for mocking this pending disaster instead of preparing for the multiple months we had to prepare.

And probably 100 posts by BigTimeTiger like this.....

The pandemonium created by the media is what is overwhelming health systems, not the virus.

CURRENTLY INFECTED WORLDWIDE 74808

it went down from 76152 in the last hour. lol :p

Well seeing how 1 is true and the other is grossly false you seem to have a problem with the wrong poster.

Not listen to the CDC. Not have any tests prepared. Mock the actual situation openly?
The cdc bogged down the testing with red tape and Stupid protocol, he removed it as soon as he was alerted about it.

No confirmed cases in Horry County at this time. I know well placed sources at 2 of the largest hospitals. That could(and will) change any day now. They have had several who were thought to be strong candidates for the covid 19 ultimately come back negative.

Yeah I was hearing similar stuff from well placed sources at one of the large hospitals thinking one of them would pop positive.

Pro tip. It doesn't take a test kit to stay home and not be in close contact with others if you have flu like symptoms. If you think that you were in contact with someone who might be infected, just assume that you were and stay home.

Rocket. Science.
